Paul Blair, a.k.a. DJ White Shadow, traces his early influences to the techno scenes of Detroit and Chicago. A DJ residency in Japan opened the doors to performances from Los Angeles to London and collaborations with top artists like Sia, Estelle, DNCE and Lady Gaga herself. Paul worked with Gaga on her latest platinum-selling release, The Cure, and continues to write and produce for her next solo record. In addition to serving as W Music Director, Paul is working on his debut major label release, slated for early 2019.

KRISTINA DOLGOVA

Born and raised in Russia, Kristina Dolgova traveled the world before landing in her current home of Amsterdam. After discovering soul, groovy funk, disco, house and techno on an early trip to Switzerland, Kristina’s travels next took her east, booking artists at famed club Zouk Singapore. Today Kristina divides her time between overseeing the sonic DNA of W Hotels as Music Director and globetrotting for DJ gigs. As she continues to hone her skills behind the decks, Kristina follows wherever her love of music takes her.
